   Been having panic attacks for three weeks, sometimes up to three a day. On one ocassion had to stagger home due to breathlessness and dizziness. I have also hyperventilated twice in 3 weeks-terrifying experience.

   Dr gave me valium (2mg dose when required) and bingo, all the physical symptoms i got from my panic atttacks
   have disappeared (or have been reduced)!

   Thank you valium.

   Whenever i use valium once a month or once every 2 months i feel little withdrawals for several days, is this normal? it does it job but only for few hours but i fee shitty the next dew days. Again i only use them rearly so i shudbt feel these effects.

   Valium is not bad for you unless you abuse it. Visit your local GP (doctor) and explain your problems to him. Many people suffer social anxiety, its common, your not alone there. Dont give up dude, your just having a bad spell, youl be fine. EMail me if you need more info, but go speak to your doctor and he’l help you out. Peace and good luck!!

   why does something so good have to be so bad for u.. shit. i hope my doctor puts me on a benzo. im 17 and have bad bad social anxiety at school thats ruining my life. i rely dont know wut to do anymore… im at the point of giving up….shit ..anyone help me if u can.. please

   Ha ha you gotta be kidding me…the price i pay is 60 cents for 10mg. Either your ripping people off, or I am getting a sweet deal from my friend in Argentina. Mind you I have to buy at least 50 of them.

    Yes, valium can cause depression, so its used for only insomnia, anxiety/panics and epilepsy

    I find the drug very boring. It gives a little buzz, and the reduction of anxiety is (at least in my case) not very significant.

    LaLaObeRot, i think cigarettes and alcohol might have valium beat. by a coulple hundred thousand, i take valium because i’m recovering alcoholic and the drug is really amazing. thank god for the “blues”
