    hi mate you must be suffering if you have ended here searching for answers as i was my heart goes out to you here goes what i found is,if you smoke and drink STOP you will feel better within a week ill at first but it will pass just persevere you will thank me diet i just eat chicken and veg fruit nuts ect try these little well large ajustments to your life i struggled not easy but if you want your life back its a serious

    I think the reason this is helping so many people with panic is because panic is in your head- there’s nothing to really panic about and so you tell yourself this is going to calm you down and it does because you believe it will..

    my anxiety is just totally unbearable. it feels like I’m asleep and not wake up, and the body is awake but not my head. I’ve had this for over 4 years. I got a sudden terror when I was traveling abroad. has anyone else this feeling? is it true that you can take medication and may wake up sometime?
