Skin Care Secrets – How to reduce your pores

Do you have large pores? Many women (and men too) spend hours in front of her mirror worried about them, and often lose money in the last pore Gizmo alleged reduction in the pharmacy. What are these little holes that can drive you nuts? The pores are tiny openings in the skin that allow the sweat glands and sebaceous glands of access to the surface of the skin. At the bottom of the pore are sebaceous gland. Then, a microscopic "tunnel" rises to the surface of the skin. The opening of the tunnel "is the visible part of the pore. Why are so big? Oil, sweat, dirt, makeup, dead skin, they can all build up inside that little hole and essentially a more open stretch.

How can you reduce them? Here are four suggestions:

1. Cleanse and exfoliate – You need to keep the pores clean, to prevent small. More specifically, you need to keep your pores cleansed. " If the pores are getting bigger, then they are not actually clean the oil, sweat, dirt, makeup and dead skin. Get these remnants of "tunnel" and shrink back to its normal size. To do this, you must use an effective cleanser and wash your face twice a day. The soap is too harsh. They dry and irritate the skin. Use a mild cleanser designed specifically for facial skin.

But using a cleaner in general, is not enough. It is also necessary to exfoliate your skin regularly. Think of the peel as the cleanup step second, and the step that gives your pores a deep penetration cleaning. My exfoliaters preferred are the alpha and beta hydroxy acids such as salicylic acid, lactic and glycolic. The acids are so called because they dissolve things. The skin acids are safe to put on your skin, but are very effective to "dissolve" the "stuff" in your pores that you do not want. Follow their path with a gentle cleansing wash with salicylic acid once daily. Or use a low concentration of glycolic acid gel few nights a week. These will give your deep cleaning of pores that are not currently receiving.

2. Devices for home? – There are a lot of devices for sale in department stores in order to help reduce pores. I think most of them are a waste of money. Follow the cleaning and exfoliation over and improve their pores more effectively than it would be using most of these devices. The only exception is the Clarisonic brush. Its sonic technology literally shakes some of the difficult to get the waste from their pores, and many of my clients have found it very effective. Its available in stores or online through various wholesalers. And while not technically a "device", Biore strips are also a useful and economical method to help keep the pores clean the area of the nose (which are always the largest anyway).

3. Visit a beautician – I recommend you visit a beautician on a regular basis. A beautician will help maintain the health of your skin. Facial treatments regularly will help keep pores clean, healthy, and smaller. Beauticians can also make the pores more aggressive reduction scrubs you can make yourself at home – such as microdermabrasion and chemical peels gentle. These will help maintain good health of the pores.

4. Get a laser treatment – Lasers are the most aggressive and fastest method to reduce the size of the pores. Laser treatments are performed in doctor's offices specializing in aesthetic medicine. Different lasers have different effects in the pores. Some offer aggressive exfoliation and cleansing, while others use the heat to really reduce the pore wall. Fractional CO2 lasers as the Active FX laser treatment offer the greatest effect on reducing the pores. Erbium Yag and may also help. His aesthetic medicine physician can help guide you toward the most effective laser treatment according to their own unique concerns
